Sessions

A combination of hypnotherapy and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is normally used for clients, though if there is a preference for one or the other, this can be adapted to suit each individual. An explanation of how these therapy techniques work is given prior to their use.

Sessions involve initially spending time finding out what you’re tired of experiencing and then what you want instead.  You are the expert on you, and the answers and solutions you seek will ultimately also come from you –  I will simply be your guide and facilitator introducing techniques to help you uncover what will help you on that journey.

After this initial stage we begin the process of identifying and clearing past traumas, mistaken beliefs that led from these and the resulting self-limiting behaviours.  Once this is done, we can begin to guide your mind in directions and ways of functioning that truly serve you and the life that you want to lead.

The aim is for you to experience relief and release from old traumatic patterns that have been impacting you in the present, and the freedom to redesign your life in ways that truly match your authentic self.
